Multiservice 802.11n Wired/Wireless Wall Switch
The ZoneFlex 7025 integrates high speed 2.4GHz 802.11n Wi-Fi technology with wired Ethernet ports into an elegant, inconspicuous and low-profile wall jack that fits into an electrical junction box. It’s ideal for offering multiple connections into hotel guest rooms and university dormitories without multiple cables. It delivers high performance Wi-Fi coverage and four wired Ethernet connections and an additional passthrough port for digital phones that requires native access to an in-house PBX system.
Security
With the ability to broadcast up to, Authentication options include: 802.1x, MAC-based, captive portal, LDAP, RADIUS, Active Directory and through an internal user database.
Differentiated Services
Port-based VLANs and up to eight discrete SSIDs can be configured within each ZoneFlex 7025, each with unique broadcast, QoS, security and management parameters. The ZoneFlex 7025 idea for supporting concurrent IP-based services such as VoIP, IPTV, high-speed Internet access and in-room device connectivity. This enables enterprises to easily offer tiered services to different user or traffic types, differentiate guest, contractor, and employee access policies, or segment different traffic types.
